Since 1981 Chinese classic and folk dances have been presented
in theatres as concerts. Mostly important dance presentations
constitute one significant component of our cultural outreach
program. Along with music presentations, lectures, and art
displays, it has reached very broad audiences at various
communities through out New England.
International Society is now interested in presenting various
kinds of dances-jazz, modern, different ethnic dances, etc.,
at the Tremont Theatre. Interested groups and choreographers
are welcome to contact us at info@internationalsociety.us
for details.

2 Music Series
In 2001 we developed a jazz concert sereis and Tremont
music series. Boston
Jazz Repertory Orchestra At the Tremont led by Carl
Atkins and Bill Lowe was founded. The Orchestra performs
regularly one Monday of each month. The creative music series,
called Tremont Music Series is curated by a committee of
five curators. One or more concerts are given each month.
